Privacy summary: Calcixa calculators and browser utilities process their working inputs locally on your device. Optional analytics does not load unless you select “Allow analytics.”
1. Who operates Calcixa
Calcixa is a product developed and operated by Rime Global Technologies Private Limited (“Calcixa,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This policy explains how information is handled when you use calcixa.com.
2. Calculator, converter, and file data
Calculator values, health measurements, financial amounts, passwords, tokens, text, images, PDFs, and other files entered into Calcixa tools are designed to be processed locally in your browser. Calcixa does not intentionally transmit these working inputs or generated results to its server or analytics providers.
The Currency Converter requests a dated reference rate from Frankfurter using only the selected source and destination currency codes. The amount you enter is not included in that request and is converted locally. Frankfurter's public service is delivered through its own infrastructure and privacy practices.
You should still avoid entering information you do not have permission to use, and you should keep backups of important original files.
3. Information stored on your device
Calcixa uses browser storage to remember settings and make tools more convenient. Depending on the features you use, this may include your theme, display currency, consent choice, favourites, recent tools, recent searches, local usage counts, and locally saved calculation history. This information remains in your browser unless you clear it or your browser removes it.
4. Optional website analytics
If you select “Allow analytics,” Calcixa may load Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity. These services can process non-sensitive usage information such as the page visited, tool identifier, broad device and browser information, approximate region derived from network information, and interactions such as page navigation, clicks, and scrolling.
Calcixa is designed not to send calculator inputs, financial amounts, health values, passwords, tokens, uploaded file contents, or generated output in analytics events. Fields intended for sensitive tool input are masked from Clarity where applicable. You can withdraw analytics permission at any time through “Cookie settings” in the footer.
5. Contact information
If you email us, we receive the address, message, and attachments you choose to provide. We use this information to respond, investigate issues, protect the service, and maintain relevant business records. Do not email confidential calculator inputs, passwords, tokens, or sensitive files.
6. Service providers and international processing
When optional analytics is allowed, Google and Microsoft act as service providers under their respective terms and privacy practices. Their systems may process information in countries other than yours. Hosting and security providers may also process ordinary web request information needed to deliver and protect the website.
7. Retention
Browser preferences remain on your device until you remove them. Contact correspondence is retained only as reasonably needed for support, security, legal, and business record purposes. Optional analytics information is retained according to our configured provider settings and the providers’ policies.
8. Your choices and rights
- Use Calcixa with essential browser storage only.
- Change your analytics choice using “Cookie settings” in the footer.
- Clear Calcixa storage and cookies using your browser controls.
- Contact us to ask about personal information you directly provided to us.
Privacy rights differ by location. We will consider valid requests under applicable law and may need to verify your identity.
9. Children’s privacy
Calcixa is a general utility service and is not directed to children under the minimum age required to consent to data processing in their country. We do not knowingly request personal information from children.
10. Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures, but no internet service can guarantee absolute security. We may update this policy as Calcixa changes. The current date will appear at the top of this page.
